As a Strategic Performance Director, you have overarching responsibilities that directly relate to our agency Growth Pillars and internal Expectations Framework. For this role, you'll be working on one of the most dynamic and exciting brands in the agency, responding to campaign briefs and inspiring digital performance media innovation across our 26 European markets.
You will report directly into the Business Director and will be a key member in the team for client briefings, regional digital performance campaign strategy and planning, regional digital gathering and directing the team to deliver timely and insightful reporting across markets. This role is essential to inspire and drive the vision of the performance media practices executed by Starcom in digital performance as well as digital media more broadly.
To excel in this role, you should have strong digital expertise and a deep understanding of media, including how different channels work together. Experience in project management and working with DTC brands is essential, along with familiarity with platforms like Paid Search, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with key digital leads and specialist activation teams across local Constellation markets.
- Identify local market digital knowledge gaps and work with Global/Regional channel experts to produce relevant toolkits and bestâpractice documents.
- Stay current on GDD media partner developments and produce digital playbooks to support uptake of new and innovative formats, including testing frameworks and results reporting.
- Act as a digital performance specialist to connect local markets with global experts, leveraging the network to enhance digital specialisms.
Qualifications:
- Digital expertise across Paid Search, Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
- Project management experience and a track record with DTC brands.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships with crossâfunctional teams.
- Agility to adapt strategy and tactics in a fastâmoving environment.
