Starcom, a global communications planning and media leader, is hiring a Social Media and Community Manager to shape culture at scale for some of the world's most recognisable brands.
In this full‑time role, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of always‑on social media programmes for iconic global brands, manage content publishing, community engagement and moderation across multiple platforms, partner with creative, strategy and client teams, use cultural insight and data to shape content decisions, lead community management, produce reporting, and build relationships with stakeholders.

- Partnering with creative, strategy and client teams to ensure ideas are built for social impact
- Using cultural insight, trends and performance data to shape content decisions and recommendations
- Leading community management both on‑ and off‑handle to build meaningful brand relationships
- Producing clear, insightful reporting that turns metrics into actionable learnings
- Building trusted, collaborative relationships with clients, agency partners and internal teams
- Experience managing social media and community programmes for high‑profile or complex brands
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and how communities behave within them
