If you enjoy building long‑term partnerships and delivering meaningful business impact, this role offers both scale and purpose.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and lead a global client relationship, acting as a trusted senior partner to regional and global stakeholders.
  • Shape and deliver integrated omni‑commerce strategies across brand, shopper, retail media, and wider commerce disciplines.
  • Lead annual business planning, scopes of work, and commercial performance across brands and markets.
  • Oversee high‑quality delivery across multiple regions, ensuring work is insight‑led, strategically aligned, and delivered with operational rigour.
  • Partner closely with finance leadership to manage revenue, forecasting, and sustainable margin performance.
  • Identify and convert growth opportunities within existing client relationships, expanding scope and long‑term value.
  • Lead, coach, and develop multi‑disciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience in FMCG, retail‑focused marketing, or commerce roles, gained client‑side or agency‑side.
  • Proven leadership of complex, multi‑market client relationships at a senior level.
  • Strong understanding of omni‑channel commerce, including retail media, shopper marketing, and brand integration.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with experience owning revenue, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Strategic thinking paired with the ability to turn complexity into clear, actionable plans.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder‑management and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style, with a genuine interest in developing people and building strong teams.
