We are hiring a Business Director, Social & Influencer Strategy to help shape culture at scale for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. This role sits at the heart of Publicis Influential, where creativity, data and cultural insight come together to drive meaningful impact. You will lead client transition, always-on delivery, operating model clarity and influencer strategy for a major new client, with success measured by creative excellence and smooth integration with your PR and Events Publicis colleagues.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the strategic direction for social and influencer activity across a major new client, from initial brief through to delivery and optimisation.
  • Build and oversee a clear influencer operating model.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across creative, production, media and activation teams.
  • Translate insight, data and cultural understanding into influencer strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Champion effectiveness by ensuring influencer activity is aligned to broader business and brand objectives.
  • Lead and nurture talent.
  • Contribute to organic growth and new business.

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Experience leading large multi-brand clients within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of how influencer, PR, social and media work together within modern digital ecosystems.
  • Strategic thinking grounded in insight, with the ability to turn analysis into clear direction and action.
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across markets, disciplines and seniority levels.
