Kekst CNC Intelligence are looking for a highly motivated (Digital) Consultant to join and contribute to a growing and ambitious team. We are the fully integrated specialists at Kekst CNC, with a close relationship with our colleagues at Publicis Groupe, who deliver data-led insights, strategies and campaigns for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to make the next step to manage client and new business activities, whilst practically delivering leading industry work or if you’re looking for a new challenge in a role that will promise career growth at the heart of differentiated AI-enabled strategic advisory.

This role will drive and support corporate and financial communications Consultants, Directors and Partners deliver on an array of work for clients, on national and global mandates, across a range of industries. You will form a part of client teams from day one and be expected to contribute on tactical and strategic levels. We strive as a business to develop our Consultants into the next generation of leaders at Kekst CNC.

This role will develop and implement integrated communications strategies that enhance and protect the reputations of prestigious corporate brands across a range of industries, from FMCG to Energy. This will require deep social media and online audience understanding, effective research approaches, and crucially the ability to build strategies that can shift perceptions, manage and alleviate risk, and improve reputations.

We focus on the following four areas:

  • Strategic advisory: Bespoke, judgement and data-led intelligence for the most complex and sensitive situations – where the quality of analysis determines the outcome.
  • Packaged solutions: Repeatable, scalable intelligence products that bring structure and rigour to risk assessment.
  • Applied AI & Engineering: AI-enabled intelligence systems designed, bespoke built and deployed into live client environments.
  • Creative & activation: Combining creative strategy with innovative storytelling to deliver content and campaigns that resonate with audiences.

You will play a pivotal role at the heart of our business – maintaining, developing, and extending client relationships in an entrepreneurial environment. This includes being a core member of our Kekst CNC Intelligence team, actively managing and contributing to our global group (which spans all offices), and collaborating to ensure we all remain upskilled and up to date with industry developments.

Responsibilities

If you will already have experience playing a digital and/or integrated communications role in strategic communications and are ready for the next step in your career. In this role, you will be:

  • A content advisor: plan and execute digitally led campaigns, including ongoing content calendar management, managing online and social media channels, and measuring the results. You will be confident in supporting efforts to shape content amplification strategies and creative content implementations.
  • A data-driven digital expert: understand Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to advise on content creation and ongoing authority building across the entire PESO model. You have experience of conducting online audience and topic analysis using tools such as Pulsar, AlphaSense, Audiense, etc.
  • A passionate and skillful writer: crafting articles and blog posts on behalf of clients, as well as advising on different writing styles. You will also draft key strategic communications materials, including communications plans, press releases, and presentations.
  • A social native: have an existing understanding or have a keen ability to learn about social media and online advertising, including targeting and supporting sponsored posts through content as well as Google PPC and native advertising.
  • Forward thinking: have a keen interest in continually developing Kekst CNC’s data, analytics and digital capabilities, including experimenting with new tools and methodologies to deliver client programs and create new service offerings. This includes staying up to date with trends, issues, and challenges that affect clients' businesses and industries using digital tools, including the use of Generative AI in communications.
  • Active in the industry: support the planning, organisation and management of various events including interviews, media roundtables, and press conferences. Develop and nurture a strong network with relevant stakeholders, including online influencers, and other key contacts.
  • Client focused: build and maintain excellent client relationships and continuously deliver work that exceeds our clients' expectations, dealing with high pressure and time-sensitive situations. You will develop excellent client knowledge and understanding to give concise, accurate overviews of each client’s business, communications objectives, and deliver digital and PR strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communications experience: The (Digital) Consultant role is for those with proven professional experience in strategic communications, either at a PR agency or at an in-house communications role.
  • Earned a bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven capabilities in data and analytics, and digital and social media, including content creation, social media listening and Natural Language Processing, community management, paid media management and influencer campaigns.
  • Experience using industry tools, with capability and enthusiasm to learn. Previous industry tools such as Brandwatch, Quid and Semrush.
  • Excellent verbal communications and presentation skills: fluency in spoken and written English area must, and additional language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, enthusiasm, strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong command of all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Are proficient and curious in using AI powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude and other emerging platforms, in their day‑to‑day work.
  • The right to work in the UK and can demonstrate it if requested.
