Overview: We are hiring a Digital Associate Director to lead connected, effective digital work for Nomad Foods across European markets. Joining Zenith’s Central Digital Team, you’ll translate strategy into clear market direction and bring together teams across paid social, programmatic, search, retail media, commerce, influencer, data and technology. You’ll combine strategic thinking with strong delivery, helping clients and specialists make informed decisions and turn ambitious plans into measurable outcomes.

This is an opportunity to shape how digital thinking is applied consistently across an international business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day digital management of the Nomad Foods account, connecting central strategy with effective delivery across European markets.
  • Act as a trusted digital partner to client stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and explaining complex topics in practical business terms.
  • Turn integrated digital strategies into actionable market guidance, including channel roles, audience approaches, measurement plans and activation requirements.
  • Coordinate central, regional, local-market and specialist teams, balancing consistent standards with individual market needs.
  • Oversee multiple digital workstreams, ensuring objectives, budgets, responsibilities, dependencies and timelines are aligned before activation.
  • Strengthen campaign governance and quality assurance, identifying risks early and helping teams take effective corrective action.
  • Use performance data, market learning and structured experimentation to improve future planning, while coaching colleagues to build ownership and judgement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in digital media planning and activation, ideally within an international, regional or multi-market environment.
  • Broad cross-channel knowledge, including paid social, programmatic, paid search and retail media, alongside curiosity about emerging platforms.
  • The ability to translate business and communications strategies into clear digital plans, guidance and activation requirements.
  • Confident client and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to make technical or complex information accessible to different audiences.
  • Strong project-management capability, including prioritising work, coordinating dependencies and maintaining delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • A sound understanding of campaign governance, measurement, optimisation, quality assurance and test-and-learn approaches.
  • An analytical, commercially aware and collaborative approach, with experience supporting colleagues and coordinating specialist teams.
