We are hiring a Designer to join Mars United, creating thoughtful, high‐quality work that makes brands show up brilliantly in the real world. This role plays a key part in shaping creative across shopper marketing, brand, advertising and digital — from early ideas through to beautifully crafted final delivery. You'll collaborate with talented creatives and account teams, contributing work that's both strategically sound and visually exceptional. Responsibilities

  • Designing high‐quality creative work that responds clearly and creatively to briefs
  • Translating ideas into strong visual solutions across print, digital, experiential and retail
  • Developing contemporary, well‐crafted design from initial concepts or creative direction
  • Collaborating closely with art directors, copywriters and account teams to deliver great work
  • Contributing to design systems, guidelines and toolkits for teams and clients
  • Presenting your work clearly and confidently, internally and with clients
  • Supporting new business pitches by producing engaging, idea‐led creative

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering strong design work across a range of formats
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility and attention to detail
  • A solid grounding in core design principles and visual storytelling
  • Confidence working with industry‐standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar)
  • The ability to manage deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and iteration
  • Curiosity, care for craft, and a genuine interest in developing your skills
