Boomerang is a socially native, creative agency. With offices in both London and Amsterdam, we are more than 300 people strong and still growing. Social by nature, we exist at the nexus of creativity, technology and culture and help our clients make the shift from traditional digital creative to modern social-first content. We make work that is truly influential; changing minds and shifting behaviour through authentically connecting with our audience's everyday conversations.

We're on the hunt for a Content Creator to join Boomerang and make some of the world's favourite confectionery brands famous in the feed. You'll be part of the full creative process, from ideating concepts to starring in, filming and editing content that entertains and drives engagement. This role is perfect for someone who's hands‑on, can land a punchline without trying too hard and knows what makes people share something in the group chat.

Responsibilities

  • Shooting social‑first content from shoot through to edit.
  • Cutting short‑form content quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Using the Adobe CC (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or in‑app tools (CapCut, Edits) to make platform‑native content.
  • Working closely with creatives, producers, designers, and other creators day‑to‑day.
  • Keeping up with trends, formats, creators, and cultural moments online.
  • Helping brands show up in a way that actually feels relevant to social.
  • Managing multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Travelling for shoots when needed.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years' experience in a social agency, production company, or fast‑paced content environment.
  • Confident shooting, editing, and owning ideas independently.
  • Can set up a shoot from the ground up, including lighting and audio.
  • Comfortable on camera when needed.
  • Strong instincts for what grabs attention and keeps people watching.
  • Able to adapt across different brands, audiences and styles.
  • Organised, proactive and good under pressure.
  • A strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail.

Bonus points if...

  • You're comfortable shooting on cameras like the Sony FX3, Canon R5, RED Dragon, or similar - not just an iPhone.
  • You're confident directing non‑actor talent and making people feel comfortable on camera.
  • You're football mad, with content work to prove it.
