Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end-users, stakeholders, and engineers to capture and document business needs.
- Drive and support market-specific product deployments.
- Create comprehensive product documentation and training materials.
- Develop detailed user stories and technical requirements.
- Manage project schedules to ensure timely product releases, partnering with Design and Engineering to enhance product usability.
- Oversee major bug tracking and provide solutions to blocking issues.
- Conduct quality assurance for new features to facilitate product sign-off.
- Balance multiple workstreams with strong organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management and deployment.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management platforms.
- Comfortable working with a variety of teams in multiple countries.
- Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities.
- Exemplary organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience within advertising would be advantageous.
