Overview
We\’re hiring for a Lead Product Designer! You will play a crucial role in driving exceptional experience solutions that impact our clients\’ business and customers positively. You\’ll be responsible for collaborating within a highly driven team to solve real customer problems, produce flawless designs, and champion Experience Design thinking to support our long-term client partnerships. Responsibilities
What you\’ll be doing:
- Lead experience and product design across integrated campaigns, shaping journeys that drive clarity, engagement, and measurable performance.
- Map and design end-to-end customer journeys – from awareness to conversion and re-engagement – ensuring clear entry points, no dead ends, and always a next best action.
- Champion customer value at every touchpoint, interrogating ideas to make sure they genuinely solve something for the user and balance brand ambition with real needs
- Translate business and creative briefs into actionable CX strategy, joining up content, tools, landing pages, and product experiences into a connected ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and tech teams to bring brand platforms to life through insight-led, user-focused journeys.
- Represent Experience at a senior level, simplifying complexity, influencing decision-making, and ensuring quality across workstreams, from landing pages to full-funnel journeys.
Qualifications
Skills we\’re looking for:
- Experience in mapping customer journeys with product design
- Commercial mindset, adept in supporting new business efforts.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in presenting work to wide-ranging stakeholders.
- Proven research and validation experience to inform solutions.
- Ability to create and maintain design systems, with a focus on inclusive design and accessibility.
