As a Growth Analyst, you will focus on researching and analysing the development pipelines of pharmaceutical and biotech companies, evaluating their early-stage trials and assets and other phases of the commercialisation pathway. This role involves identifying promising opportunities and providing insights that will shape marketing initiatives and strategic collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Research: Conduct comprehensive research on pharmaceutical development pipelines and trials, focusing on early-stage compounds and therapies.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse industry trends, scientific advancements, and competitive landscapes to assess the potential of early-stage assets.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile and analyse data from various sources, including scientific publications, industry reports, and databases, to support decision-making. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the growth team and other stakeholders within Publicis Health.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the strategic partnerships and growth team and agencies to align pipeline findings with business objectives. Participate in meetings to discuss potential opportunities and strategic directions.
  • Asset Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of financial and commercial viability of early-stage assets. Support the development of business cases and growth strategies for emerging opportunities.
  • Research Support: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of scientific literature, clinical trial data, and regulatory guidelines. Assist in managing research projects and timelines effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Datamonitor, Fierce Pharma etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical development processes and regulatory environments is a plus.
  • Prior experience with databases and research tools specific to the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
