Overview
We are hiring a Global Strategy Manager to help shape international media and communications strategy for EssilorLuxottica, one of the world's most influential eyewear and vision care businesses. This role sits at the centre of global strategy, media innovation and cultural relevance, working across multiple markets and iconic brands. You'll play a key role in turning insight, data and market context into clear strategic thinking that travels globally. Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the development of global and multi‑market media strategies across a diverse brand portfolio
- Translating business objectives, audience insight and data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations
- Contributing to go‑to‑market planning, campaign frameworks and high‑quality client presentations
- Analysing international media landscapes, market differences and local planning considerations
- Partnering closely with local market teams to gather inputs, share guidance and support delivery
- Turning research, data and market intelligence into insight that improves planning and performance
- Collaborating across strategy, planning, digital, data, content, commerce and performance teams
Qualifications
Skills we’re looking for
- Experience in media planning and/or strategy, ideally within international or multi‑market environments
- Agency experience, with exposure to global, regional or multi‑market accounts
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across markets and matrixed teams
- A solid understanding of media channels and planning principles across digital, social, performance, OOH, content and traditional media
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and communicate clear recommendations
- Clear, thoughtful communication and presentation skills
- A collaborative, organised and curious mindset, with an interest in how media and consumer behaviour continue to evolve
