Overview About the Role We're looking for a Global Account Manager to support media strategy and performance planning for Essity's Health & Medical division across Latin America, with direct leadership of a key market lead based in Mexico. This role requires deep B2B and healthcare expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to connect long-term brand strategies with short-term performance outcomes. You’ll be part of a high-performing international team that manages complex, multi-market campaigns and drives innovation in social and search excellence.
The ideal candidate combines strategic acumen with hands-on experience in digital performance channels—particularly LinkedIn, Meta, Google Search, and Programmatic—to maximize ROI and accelerate audience engagement among professional and healthcare segments.
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Director and Global Planning Director in building an annual end-to-end media strategy, planning, and activation for Essity Health & Medical LATAM
- Help develop annual media frameworks and activation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market nuances
- Partner closely with clients to translate business and category goals into actionable media strategies
- Support and drive measurement, test-and-learn agendas, and continuous performance optimization
- Collaborate with central and local stakeholders across creative, analytics, and platform teams
- Ensure clear documentation and reporting against KPIs, emphasizing efficiency and learning
- Serve as digital and performance planning expert, ensuring best-in-class execution across programmatic, social, search and e-commerce
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B and healthcare media strategy and planning
- Experience with performance channels—particularly Search (Google/Bing) and Social (LinkedIn, Meta)
- Experience managing multi-market campaigns and regional coordination
- Attention to detail, confidence with numbers and formulas
- Ability to support in articulating and presenting ideas clearly and confidently
- Provide excellent support with client servicing, influencing, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data interpretation and optimization
- A team player with a collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving
