Overview: We are hiring a Data Governance Manager to play a pivotal role in how Meta’s global marketing campaigns are planned, launched and reported. This role sits at the heart of campaign operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency and confidence in how data flows across markets and platforms. You’ll partner with teams around the world to bring clarity, structure and trust to complex marketing activity. Responsibilities: What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning campaign governance and quality assurance across planning, activation and reporting workflows
  • Reviewing and validating media plans, campaign structures and taxonomy standards before launch
  • Ensuring consistent setup, spend alignment and reporting accuracy across markets and platforms
  • Partnering with planning, buying, analytics and operations teams to resolve governance issues
  • Monitoring live campaigns to identify risks, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting governance workflows, dashboards and reporting within Datorama
  • Continuously improving governance processes to strengthen reliability and operational efficiency

Qualifications: Skills we’re looking for:

  • Experience in campaign operations, data governance, media governance or quality assurance
  • A strong understanding of campaign planning, activation and reporting workflows
  • Confidence performing QA checks, taxonomy validation and issue resolution across systems
  • Clear, collaborative communication with the ability to work across teams and regions
  • Comfort working with data across multiple platforms and reporting environments
  • Strong Excel skills, with familiarity in tools such as Datorama or SQL considered a plus
  • A detail‑focused, solutions‑oriented mindset with a passion for improving how things run
