We are hiring a Data Director to play a pivotal role in shaping how data and measurement drive growth for one of the world's most influential brands, Samsung. This is a senior leadership role focused on building strong data foundations that enable better marketing decisions and more connected activation. You'll work across a complex, global ecosystem, bringing clarity, momentum and confidence to teams navigating transformation. Responsibilities
- Lead data and measurement initiatives across first‑party data, tagging, identity and D2C transformation from strategy through delivery.
- Create practical, scalable approaches that improve measurement readiness, data quality and activation.
- Partner closely with senior client and agency stakeholders to translate business priorities into clear data roadmaps.
- Drive collaboration across analytics, media, client and technical teams to move complex workstreams forward.
- Strengthen governance and consistency across tagging, measurement and related data programmes.
- Turn technical detail into clear, actionable recommendations that support confident decision‑making.
- Help shape a culture of accountability, collaboration and solution‑focused thinking across the team.
Qualifications
- Experience leading data, measurement, digital strategy or transformation work in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of first‑party data, tagging, measurement and identity, and how these support activation and insight.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, communicating clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
- A strategic mindset combined with a practical, hands‑on approach to delivery.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and prioritise effectively across competing demands.
