Overview
We are actively seeking a Business Director to lead the Disney Experiences pillar. In this role, you will oversee a team of planning experts, leading them towards the objective of executing the most distinctive, efficient, and impactful paid media campaigns for one of the globe's most iconic experience brands.
Disney Experiences is the business segment that turns Disney's stories into tangible, world-class realities. As the global leader in immersive travel and consumer products, this segment manages a massive ecosystem that includes Disney Parks & Resorts, Cruise Lines and Consumer Products.
As Business Director, you will sit at the heart of one of the world's most sophisticated marketing engines. You will lead the strategic media vision for the Disney Experiences portfolio, translating high-level business goals—such as increasing park attendance, driving cruise bookings, or launching global merchandise campaigns—into integrated, data-driven media strategies. This role is predominantly UK focussed, with a small remit in the area of multi market coordination, activation and reporting.
