The Creative Analytics Lead is a key role within the global data & analytics team supporting paid media investment insights in international markets for a leading pharmaceutical client. This role is pivotal in driving data-informed decisions on creative investment by delivering actionable insights on creative performance across digital media platforms. You will lead a team of analysts, synthesize performance data, and collaborate closely with creative, media, and production teams to ensure insights shape future activations.
Responsibilities
- Creative Performance Reporting: Own and deliver monthly creative performance reports, consolidating data from multiple digital media platforms (e.g., social, display, video). Ensure accuracy, clarity, and actionable recommendations in all reporting outputs.
- Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Develop quarterly insights presentations for senior international stakeholders, highlighting what worked, what didn’t, and what needs to change. Translate data into clear narratives that inform creative and media investment decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative and media production teams to embed performance learnings into upcoming campaigns. Act as the key liaison between analytics, creative, and media teams to ensure alignment on effectiveness goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor two senior data analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and excellence. Oversee workload prioritization and ensure timely delivery of all outputs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, creative effectiveness, or media performance analysis within an agency or client-side environment.
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms and associated performance metrics (paid social, display, video).
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling stories for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to international leadership.
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management experience.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
