The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

You will focus on recruitment, selection, and onboarding for routine annual hiring of emerging talent roles. You will not lead programme design or outreach activities but will provide critical co-delivery support to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for those areas. You will line manage a team of Recruiters who deliver full-cycle (360) recruitment for all entry-level positions, ensuring rigorous, efficient, and consistent processes. You will act as the escalation point for recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring swift resolution of recruitment challenges, and you will be responsible for ensuring all candidates have a positive experience and are effectively onboarded before handover to hiring teams and Talent.

You will work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Emerging Talent Programmes to ensure talent is effectively pipelined from programmes to open roles and you will also play a key role in evolving selection practices. In addition, you will lead the CRM strategy and drive team engagement to ensure all events and outreach activities are tracked, managed, and result in effective conversions into talent pipelines. This includes overseeing the integration of candidate and event data into CRM workflows, providing training and guidance to Recruiters on CRM tools and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide the full-cycle recruitment process for all entry-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Line manage Recruiters responsible for 360 recruitment, providing coaching, support, and escalation for complex issues.
  • Play a key role in evolving selection practices, including the ongoing refinement of screening and assessment centre processes, to ensure robust, fair, and effective evaluation of emerging talent.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes are efficient, rigorous, consistent, and aligned with DEI principles, promoting a positive candidate experience.
  • Act as the escalation point for Recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring swift and effective resolution of recruitment challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure candidates are onboarded effectively before handover to hiring teams and Talent.
  • Collaborate closely with other Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure seamless talent pipelining from programmes to open positions.
  • Lead the development and execution of CRM strategy to support emerging talent recruitment, ensuring all candidate and event data is accurately captured and leveraged for pipeline conversion.
  • Drive team engagement with CRM tools and processes, providing training, guidance, and clear accountabilities for post-event follow-up and candidate management.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure all outreach and event activities are tracked in the CRM, enabling robust reporting and analysis of conversion rates from events into hiring pipelines.
  • Oversee the integration of feedback and data from events, outreach, and candidate journeys into CRM workflows, continuously improving processes to maximize pipeline effectiveness.
  • Ensure the team maintains accurate candidate records, manages tagging and segmentation, and utilizes CRM to fuel their hiring pipelines.
  • Ensure all candidates receive a positive, inclusive, and engaging recruitment and onboarding experience.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for all entry-level hires, ensuring readiness for handover to hiring teams and Talent.
  • Gather and act on feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment and onboarding experience.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other Talent Acquisition colleagues across departments.
  • Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner leading programme and outreach activity, in the delivery and facilitation of events and sessions.

Qualifications Required Skills and Experience

  • Passion for developing, and supporting emerging talent and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Proven experience in hiring high volumes of entry-level talent in a large complex organisation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile organisation.
  • Experience line managing Recruiters in Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Experience in overseeing end to end recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and digital outreach strategies.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and systems (e.g., ATS and CRM platforms).
  • Extensive stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business functions and with external partners and universities as well as emerging talent audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of working in Media, Advertising or tech industries (Preferred).
