• Develop high-quality scientific and medical content across a range of healthcare communication projects.
• Translate complex clinical and scientific data into clear, accurate and engaging materials for different audiences.
• Lead writing assignments from briefing through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with account, strategy, creative and scientific colleagues to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
• Review and interpret scientific literature, clinical trial data and other evidence sources to support content development.
• Provide scientific expertise and editorial guidance throughout project lifecycles, helping maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to discussions that enhance project outcomes and innovation.

• Previous experience in medical writing within a healthcare communications agency, pharmaceutical company or related environment.
• Strong understanding of scientific research, clinical data interpretation and evidence-based communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style for different audiences.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, compliant and high-quality work.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Collaborative mindset and confidence working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine passion for healthcare, science and continuous learning.
