We are hiring a Management Accountant to join our Finance team in London, playing a key role in delivering accurate reporting and supporting business performance across Publicis Groupe UK. This is an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where finance partners closely with the business to drive insight and impact. What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver accurate month-end reporting, ensuring submissions are completed on time and in line with Groupe standards
- Prepare and post journals, alongside clear variance analysis for monthly and year-to-date performance
- Maintain balance sheet integrity through regular reconciliations and timely issue resolution
- Support budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles, contributing insight to financial planning
- Monitor and review costs, including discretionary spend, accruals and prepayments
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audit requirements with clear documentation
- Collaborate with Finance Assistants, SSC teams and stakeholders to maintain high-quality service delivery
