Overview
What will you be doing?
We are hiring a Publishing & Audio Executive to join our specialist team at Starcom. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in media, working across digital display, print, radio, podcasts, and streaming audio campaigns for some of the world's most recognised brands. You'll learn from experienced specialists, contribute to real client work from day one, and develop valuable skills across media, technology, and advertising. Responsibilities
- Support the planning, delivery, and review of media campaigns across digital display, print, radio, and digital audio channels.
- Work closely with planning, activation, and specialist teams to help deliver successful client campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign assets, documentation, and timelines to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and on schedule.
- Monitor campaign activity, maintain accurate tracking, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships with media partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Assist with campaign reporting, uncovering insights and opportunities to improve performance.
- Continue developing your media knowledge through training, supplier sessions, and hands-on project experience.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- An interest in media, advertising, marketing, or digital communications.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Confidence/interest working with numbers and tools such as Excel, or a willingness to learn.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
- Curiosity about media, technology, AI-enabled tools, and how they influence advertising.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to ask questions, learn, and develop new skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to spot issues, solve problems, and follow processes accurately.
