Role Overview
We’re hiring a Programmatic Account Executive to join APEX Exchange and play a hands‑on role in delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients. This role sits at the heart of our programmatic offering, connecting agencies, traders and technology to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and perform brilliantly. You’ll work closely with experienced Account Managers, contributing to work that is thoughtful, data‑led and built on strong relationships. Responsibilities
- Supporting Programmatic Account Managers across a portfolio of Guaranteed Outcomes accounts, helping to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
- Working closely with trading teams to ensure campaigns are fully briefed, accurately set up and ready for activation.
- Translating campaign data and insights into clear actions that drive performance, learning and innovation.
- Monitoring delivery against agreed objectives, including performance, pacing and profitability.
- Producing accurate, timely reporting for clients and internal teams in line with agreed service levels.
- Building trusted relationships with agency partners, internal specialists and technology vendors.
- Contributing ideas, documentation and ways of working that help strengthen APEX’s approach to guaranteed outcomes.
Qualifications
- A foundational understanding of digital media and the programmatic landscape, with a genuine interest in how it’s evolving.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- A collaborative mindset and confidence working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Comfort working with data, including a good working knowledge of Excel and reporting.
- Clear, thoughtful communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to manage several pieces of work at the same time.
- Curiosity, problem‑solving skills and a desire to keep learning in a technology‑driven environment.
Compensation
Employees joining The Pack, an early careers programme that connects, supports and develops you to kick‑start your career with us, initially start with an annual salary of £28,860.
