The New Business & Growth team is responsible for driving new business opportunities across Zenith’s international, supporting local markets and regional teams to win and grow client relationships. The team works closely with strategy, media, data, technology and commercial partners across not only Zenith but Publicis Groupe to deliver compelling, integrated responses to client opportunities.

The New Business Manager plays a key role in supporting the delivery of Zenith’s international new business ambitions. This role is responsible for managing and supporting new business opportunities from early‑stage qualification through pitch delivery and post‑pitch follow‑up. The role works cross‑functionally across markets, disciplines and agency partners to help build competitive, well‑structured and compelling client propositions, while developing strong relationships across the business and contributing to a culture of winning.

Qualifications:
  • Experience within media, marketing, communications or a related business development role
  • Strong understanding of the media and communications landscape, with curiosity across data, technology and creativity
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence contributing to pitch narratives and presentations
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and process
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams, markets and senior stakeholders
  • Ambitious, proactive and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in new business and growth
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders, while knowing when to seek guidance and escalation
