Start your career in HR | Learn fast | Make real impact. Ever wondered what actually goes on behind the scenes of a great workplace? This is your chance to find out.

We’re looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator who’s curious, organised, and genuinely interested in how people experience work. You don’t need to have “done HR forever” — this role is perfect if you’re early in your career, switching paths, or looking for hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving, creative environment.

You’ll sit at the heart of our Talent (HR) team, supporting employees across the full employee journey — from their first day to their next big step.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our people, helping make work life run smoothly.
  • Being the go‑to person for employee questions (pay, benefits, holidays, systems, life stuff).
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle — onboarding new starters, offboarding leavers, contract updates, and different types of leave.
  • Keeping employee data accurate and compliant (GDPR, Right to Work checks, joiners & leavers).
  • Supporting employee relations meetings (including note‑taking and follow‑ups).
  • Working closely with Payroll & Benefits to make sure everyone gets paid correctly and on time.
  • Coordinating probation and performance review processes end‑to‑end.
  • Tracking holiday and absence data and flagging anything that needs attention.
  • Processing invoices and POs when required.
  • Helping improve how we do things — spotting what could work better and actually helping change it.
  • Supporting wider Talent and culture projects across Publicis Groupe.

You’ll learn how HR really works, not just the theory.

This role is for you if:

  • You’re naturally organised and like keeping things on track.
  • You’re a clear, confident communicator (written and spoken).
  • You handle information with discretion, trust, and integrity.
  • You care about getting the details right and delivering quality work.
  • You enjoy working with people and collaborating with different teams.
  • You’re comfortable in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change.
  • You’re curious, resilient, and open to learning as you go.
  • You’re confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • You’re interested in HR, people, culture — and ideally the marketing/creative world.
  • You don’t need to tick every box — we’re more interested in potential and mindset.

Bonus (not essential):

  • Experience using HR systems or databases.
