  • Bringing creative work to life with a sharp eye for detail, accuracy, and craft across every execution.
  • Collaborating with medical, strategy, client, and production teams to ensure work is both compelling and compliant.
  • Taking ownership of written work through every stage, from concept to final delivery and approval.
  • Supporting and guiding other writers by sharing perspective, feedback, and best practice.

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience creating copy within healthcare or regulated environments.
  • Confidence interpreting clinical trial data and translating it into engaging communication.
  • A clear, thoughtful writing style that balances creativity with precision and compliance.
  • Experience working collaboratively across disciplines and with a range of stakeholders.
  • Comfort presenting and discussing creative work with clients and internal teams.
  • An understanding of multi‑channel storytelling, including digital and emerging formats.
  • A mindset rooted in curiosity, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
