As PepsiCo’s food’s content production partner globally, our goal is to deliver the highest production craft whilst driving efficiency & effectiveness along the funnel. In Q4 2024, Publicis Production won the global Food Transformation business for PepsiCo. We are currently working as a production entity within the full Publicis Network servicing PepsiCo and partnering with multiple other agencies within our Groupe to bring this partnership to life.
Our remit includes multiple culinary brands for PepsiCo across several market regions. We create cut-through social content for PepsiCo Foods. Currently, we are producing this social first and online content from our Culinary Content Shoot Hubs. These hubs are connected within the full Publicis ecosystem and partner seamlessly with the rest of the agencies to deliver great quality content, at speed.
As a Production Manager within the PepsiCo team at Publicis Groupe, you will play an integral role in supporting the creative and production teams to ensure all elements of our campaigns and HUB productions are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the production process, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, with superb quality and within agreed budgets.
This position requires very strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment.
- Work hand in hand with the Production Lead to define, communicate and enforce production standards and deliver on the objectives.
- Define asset production criteria for social content production.
- Ensure that the assigned projects are produced to a high creative standard, delivered on time and within the agreed scope of work.
- Arrange briefings with Hub production teams, assign lead operators, conduct kick-off meetings, schedule client reviews, distribute feedback, track costs and manage project progress.
- Attend and take notes during all briefings/reviews and circulate info to shoot producers/production ops leads and post producers.
