We are hiring a Paid Search Associate Director to play a leading role on one of the world’s most prestigious financial services brands — UBS, the largest wealth manager globally. This role sits at the heart of a truly international Paid Search operation, shaping how high‑net‑worth audiences discover and engage with UBS across multiple regions. You’ll combine hands‑on search expertise with thoughtful leadership, working closely with senior client stakeholders to deliver measurable impact at scale. Responsibilities
- Leading Paid Search strategy and activation for UBS across multiple international markets, with a strong focus on high‑value lead generation.
- Managing and developing a small, high‑performing Paid Search team across London and offshore hubs, creating clarity, confidence and progression.
- Acting as a trusted day‑to‑day partner to senior client stakeholders, translating business goals into effective search solutions.
- Overseeing campaign planning, optimisation and performance, ensuring best practice across platforms and markets.
- Working closely with global and regional teams to align local execution with central strategy.
- Ensuring robust tracking, reporting and insight generation, with a clear focus on lead quality and commercial impact.
- Contributing to wider Paid Search best practice, knowledge sharing and operational excellence within Zenith International.
