We want the best talent from around the globe to bring their skills to our agency. Some of our clients include L’Oréal, Essity, Nestlé, Heineken, Renault/Dacia, Tourism Ireland and many more.

Our values are designed to guide the way we behave. We have three:

We’re looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our integrated design team, working across high-profile global brands including Renault, Vodafone, Fosters, Cathay Pacific, Tork, and more. This role is predominantly motion-focused, but sits within a highly collaborative studio where work frequently moves between designers. You’ll be confident picking up existing assets, layouts, and visual systems and translating them into compelling motion — while understanding how your work lives across print and digital touchpoints. You’ll be comfortable working at pace, responding to evolving briefs, and maintaining a high level of craft under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics across social, digital, DOOH, brand films, presentations and more.
  • Translate static design assets into engaging motion while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with integrated designers, creatives, art directors, and producers.
  • Deliver work efficiently across fast-moving, high-pressure projects.
  • Adapt and version content across multiple formats and platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a creative agency, studio, or equivalent environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
  • Excellent understanding of motion design fundamentals: timing, pacing, typography, transitions, and compositing.
  • Experience working on fast-turnaround, high-pressure projects.
  • Confidence picking up and working with existing assets and brand systems.
  • Solid understanding of print and digital design workflows.

Desirable / Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of Cinema 4D and/or Blender.
  • Basic awareness of AI tools in a creative or production context (nice to have, not essential).
  • Experience working on large, established brands.
  • An interest in emerging motion and digital trends.
