The role We are hiring Media Performance Executives to join our specialist Performance teams across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and SEO. This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career in digital media and marketing, working with some of the world's leading brands and learning from industry specialists. Whether you're interested in data, consumer behaviour, technology, content discovery or campaign optimisation, you'll gain hands-on experience within a dedicated performance channel while building skills that will support a long-term career in media.
You’ll join a collaborative team, receive structured training and development, and play an important role in helping clients achieve measurable business outcomes through innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Paid Search: Drive performance through search engine advertising, connecting customers with brands at key decision-making moments.
- Paid Social: Create and optimise advertising campaigns across social platforms to deliver brand growth and measurable results.
- Programmatic: Use audience data, technology and automation to deliver digital advertising campaigns across multiple online environments.
- SEO: Improve brand visibility through search optimisation, helping businesses reach audiences through organic discovery.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Support the planning, activation and optimisation of campaigns within your specialist performance channel.
- Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance against key objectives.
- Produce reports, insights and recommendations that help clients understand campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct audience, market and competitor research to support campaign strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal specialists, client teams and external partners to deliver high-quality work.
- Manage campaign administration, quality assurance processes and performance tracking with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform developments and evolving best practices within digital marketing.
