We are hiring a Production Intern to join St Marks Studios, a brand experience agency with production at its core. We create experiences, content and cultural moments that connect brands with people in meaningful ways. From immersive live activations and large-scale stunts to campaign films and social-first content, we bring ambitious ideas to life across every touchpoint. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across experiential and content production while working alongside talented producers and production specialists. You'll play a key role in helping projects run smoothly from concept through to delivery, contributing to work that is designed to be experienced, shared and talked about.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll be doing:
- Managing the production expenses process, ensuring records, receipts and reconciliations are accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the Production team with day-to-day project administration across multiple projects.
- Raising purchase orders, tracking invoices and assisting with supplier payments.
- Coordinating prop sourcing, prop hire and returns for shoots, events and activations.
- Researching suppliers, gathering quotes and helping coordinate project requirements.
- Assisting with production schedules, call sheets, risk assessments and project documentation.
- Supporting logistics, travel arrangements and on-site production activity when required.
