We are hiring a Global Account & Network Manager to help shape impactful healthcare media solutions on a global stage. Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with global clients, understanding their goals and supporting delivery against account objectives.
  • Lead the coordination and development of client briefs, ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment across teams.
  • Oversee campaign delivery across multiple markets, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and governance are met.
  • Manage ongoing project workflows, prioritising effectively to meet campaign deadlines and expectations.
  • Run client status meetings and provide clear, insightful updates on performance and progress.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to optimise campaign performance and outcomes.
  • Strengthen collaboration across international markets, maintaining consistent communication and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client servicing or account management within a media or related environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging a range of stakeholders across markets.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Confidence working with campaign data and translating it into clear, meaningful insights.
