We are hiring a Digital Lead to shape and drive the digital agenda for one of our flagship client partnerships within the entertainment, connectivity and content space. This is a senior, influential role where you’ll connect strategy, data and technology to deliver digital thinking that genuinely drives business outcomes. Sitting at the heart of a high‑profile, multi‑market account, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to turn ambition into action. It’s a role for someone who enjoys leading through collaboration and making a visible impact at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the digital strategy for your vertical, ensuring it clearly supports client business and brand objectives.
- Act as a trusted senior partner to client stakeholders, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Translate audience insight and commercial priorities into clear, actionable digital and data strategies.
- Embed data‑led thinking, AI and new digital tools into planning and delivery, championing innovation in a practical way.
- Orchestrate cross‑channel digital plans, setting clear strategic guardrails for teams delivering brand and trade campaigns.
- Partner with specialists across digital, data and technology to deliver test‑and‑learn programmes and innovation pilots.
- Guide and support senior team members, helping to raise standards of digital excellence and best practice.
Qualifications
- Experience in a digital planning or strategy role, ideally within a complex or multi‑stakeholder environment.
- Strong understanding of digital paid media and how channels work together across a wider ecosystem.
- A track record of leading transformation, innovation or change initiatives.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing across teams and disciplines.
