Commerce Manager – Samsung (Constellation) | Starcom
We’re hiring a Commerce Manager to help shape the future of global e-commerce for one of the world’s most recognised brands, Samsung. Sitting within Starcom’s Constellation team, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating connected, impactful commerce experiences across markets. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data, creativity and technology—driving growth at scale while collaborating with talented teams across the globe.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the development and delivery of global digital commerce initiatives from strategy through to execution
- Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, aligning global priorities with regional and local market needs
- Shape campaign and programme direction to maximise commercial impact and long‑term growth
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with Samsung stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, overcome challenges and optimise outcomes
- Bring teams together to drive alignment, knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices
- Deliver high‑quality outputs, ensuring excellence across planning, reporting and execution
Skills we’re looking for:
- Experience in a digital agency or similar environment across planning, activation, strategy or operations
- Confidence working with clients and managing deliverables in a clear and structured way
- Understanding of digital commerce, retail media and online customer journeys
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across integrated teams
- Comfort working with data to generate insights and inform decision‑making
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, with attention to detail in analysis and reporting
