We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Zenith AV Investment team working on a cluster of clients. The overall Zenith AV Investment team is comprised of 4 groups and 50 individuals with diverse skills and expertise across the media and technology landscape. AV Investment works in close collaboration with media planners to help design integrated solutions to meet our clients’ communication challenges. The AV Director will oversee AV (TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV & Cinema) planning and buying, overseeing a campaign from brief to activation and review.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team to deliver best-in-class activation across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV & Cinema.
- Working with new business teams to develop AV strategies/presentations to win new business.
- Negotiating with various sales house teams to drive added value opportunities for our clients.
- Using the appropriate systems and technology to get under the skin of audience behaviour and consumption within TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV & Cinema.
- Working with your AV team to deliver innovative responses to brief.
- Leading and developing relationships with key planning teams, media owners and clients.
- Keeping abreast of changes within the AV marketplace - sharing market intelligence with your team, the wider department, the client and the wider business (where relevant).
- Meeting all deadlines set by either the Group Trading Director, planning team and/or the client - ensuring your direct team does the same.
- Working and directing your team to ensure that all KPIs and any audit specifics are achieved.
- Deal management and ensuring all AV administration is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience within an AV department with excellent knowledge in TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV & Cinema.
- Excellent team/department management skills.
- Excellent client management skills and not be afraid to challenge briefs.
- Strong experience in managing client audits/guarantees across all the AV mediums and be confident to attend audits with clients and the auditors.
- High levels of experience in managing client/AV finance processes, i.e. Ensuring absolute finance accuracy and PO management.
- Good knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem.
- Very strong communication and presentation skills.
