Overview: Reporting directly to the Account Director, the Retail Media Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising campaign activations for our clients across retailers/platforms. This role demands a seasoned professional with exceptional performance and optimisation skills, a strong grasp of client management, and the ability to mentor and lead teams in eCommerce strategies. This is a really exciting opportunity to work with one of Publicis' largest clients and latest new wins.
Responsibilities:
- Owning the day‑to‑day delivery of retail media campaigns across platforms like Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media and Criteo — always aligned to best practice and built to drive real eCommerce growth.
- Being a go‑to partner for clients, keeping communication flowing smoothly and leading regular calls to deliver standout service.
- Making sure campaigns are flawless in‑market, with smart QA processes that protect performance and accuracy.
- Shaping and delivering account growth strategies and innovation roadmaps that don’t just hit targets — they raise them.
- Staying on top of industry and market trends, turning insight into smart recommendations that move the needle for clients.
- Working closely with other channel teams to deliver truly integrated, full‑funnel digital strategies.
- Keeping the financials on track, managing reconciliations and ensuring billing runs like clockwork.
- Bringing performance to life through clear reporting, actionable insights and optimisation plans.
- Continuously levelling up your skills through training and learning across retail commerce and digital advertising.
- Building strong relationships with key retail and tech partners like Amazon, Criteo, Sainsbury’s and Tesco to stay ahead of what’s next.
Qualifications:
- Hands‑on experience running retail media across platforms like Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media and Criteo, with confidence managing larger accounts — ideally agency‑side.
- A strong grasp of Amazon search and retail media strategy, plus a solid understanding of broader digital channels, attribution, CRO, retail readiness and shopper behaviour.
- A confident communicator who can present clearly, build trust and manage stakeholders at every level.
- Experience leading or supporting others, with a collaborative mindset that brings teams together.
- A strategic thinker who enjoys setting goals, shaping innovation roadmaps and turning plans into action.
- Data‑savvy and detail‑oriented, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to turn numbers into stories.
- Bonus points if you bring certifications or hands‑on experience across Amazon Ads, Vendor Central, Brand Analytics, DSP, Epsilon, Criteo or other retailer platforms.
