Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes of a great workplace? This is your opportunity to find out. We’re looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to join our Talent team. This is an operations-focused role, supporting the processes, programmes, and employee experience that help our people thrive. While you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, this is not a recruitment or Talent Acquisition role. We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments. Whether you’re early in your career, changing direction, or looking to build experience within HR and people operations, this role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our people, helping make work life run smoothly.
- Being a go‑to person for employee questions (pay, benefits, holidays, systems, life stuff).
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle— onboarding new starters, off‑boarding leavers, contract updates, and different types of leave.
- Keeping employee data accurate and compliant (GDPR, Right to Work checks, joiners & leavers).
- Supporting employee relations meetings (including note‑taking and follow‑ups).
- Working closely with Payroll & Benefits to make sure everyone gets paid correctly and on time.
- Coordinating probation and performance review processes end‑to‑end.
- Tracking holiday and absence data and flagging anything that needs attention.
- Processing invoices and POs when required.
- Helping improve how we do things — spotting what could work better and actually helping change it.
- Supporting wider Talent and culture projects across Publicis Groupe.
You’ll learn how HR really works, not just the theory.
Qualifications
- You’re naturally organised and like keeping things on track.
- You’re a clear, confident communicator (written and spoken).
- You handle information with discretion, trust, and integrity.
- You care about getting the details right and delivering quality work.
- You enjoy working with people and collaborating with different teams.
- You’re comfortable in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change.
- You’re curious, resilient, and open to learning as you go.
- You’re confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- You’re interested in HR, people, culture — and ideally the marketing/creative world.
