Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Medical Writer I. Our SMW1s work as part of our high‑performing writing team, stepping up from Medical Writer 2 level to take on more responsibility for projects, supporting clients with scientific knowledge and content development on their assigned accounts, supporting and reviewing work of junior colleagues, and supporting with organic and new business growth.

Responsibilities YOU WILL:

  • Take responsibility for the day‑to‑day delivery of scientific content
  • Take the lead as content expert for assigned projects
  • Support more junior writers by mentoring and reviewing work
  • Provide research and content support for pitch development and other new business initiatives
  • Provide scientific and strategic counsel to clients and internal teams
  • Establish strong relationships with external scientific experts and client teams
  • Support with organic growth and new business opportunities

Qualifications WHO ARE YOU

  • Considerable experience within a medical communications agency
  • Experience creating a range of medical affairs and medical education deliverables
  • Experienced in a variety of therapy areas
  • Responsibility for maintaining high editorial and scientific standards
  • Experience supporting and/or mentoring junior writers

Please note: Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with full time employees being office‑based four days during the working week.
