Overview

The Integrated Agency Team (IAT) Client Partner is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary client team across media, creative, data, CRM, content, performance, and production functions. This role ensures seamless collaboration across agency partners, drives strategic growth, operational excellence, and delivers best‑in‑class integrated marketing solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own senior day‑to‑day client relationships and act as trusted strategic advisor
  • Lead integrated planning across all channels and disciplines
  • Translate client business objectives into connected marketing solutions
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance updates to senior stakeholders
  • Lead cross‑functional teams across planning, activation, strategy, analytics, creative and operations
  • Create clear ways of working across internal teams and partner agencies
  • Inspire high performance culture, accountability and collaboration
  • Coach and develop direct reports and wider team talent
  • Own account profitability, forecasting and resource planning
  • Manage scopes of work, fee negotiations and commercial growth opportunities
  • Identify upsell / cross‑sell opportunities across services
  • Build governance frameworks, meeting cadences, workflows and SLAs
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards
  • Resolve escalations quickly across internal and external stakeholders
