We are hiring a Personal Assistant to join our One L’Oréal team at Publicis Media — a role that sits at the heart of a collaborative, high-performing team. Responsibilities
- Manage diaries for senior team members, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts to keep priorities on track.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics, ensuring plans run smoothly and efficiently.
- Process expenses, invoices and purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes and supporting materials that enable productive discussions.
- Support the creation, formatting and proofreading of presentations and documents.
- Organise team activities, events and client engagements, including on‑the‑day coordination.
- Maintain structured files, trackers and shared resources to keep projects organised and on time.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a proactive and structured approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
