We are hiring a New Business Project Director to manage the orchestration of standout pitches that win work and build momentum. This is a pivotal role at the heart of how the growth team works, leading on the effective delivery of all aspects of a pitch. What you’ll be doing:
- Manage end‑to‑end pitch processes, ensuring every stage runs smoothly and on time
- Build clear, structured pitch plans and timelines aligned to client expectations
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, scheduling sessions and keeping momentum consistent
- Own the development and delivery of pitch submissions, maintaining quality throughout
- Manage content flow, ensuring materials are delivered, reviewed and refined effectively
- Partner with internal and external collaborators to deliver engaging pitch theatre
- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clarity and confidence throughout
- Support the Business Development Director, who will act as the strategic lead on pitches
