We're hiring a Growth (Solutions) Director to help drive new business at Publicis Production. This is a senior role for someone who knows how to turn a complex client brief into a winning pitch, shaping the commercial story, building the right solution, and landing it confidently in the room with senior stakeholders. You’ll need to be as comfortable in the detail as you are in the boardroom. That means owning multiple high-priority workstreams at once, working across creative, strategy, production and operations to get everyone pulling in the same direction, and making smart commercial decisions even when you don't have all the answers. Responsibilities

  • Strategic RFP Leadership: Ability to lead high-value, ambiguous pitches from brief to win. Translates client challenges into compelling solutions. Shapes commercial narratives, operating models and value propositions. Confident in senior client presentations and workshops. Balances strategic thinking with practical delivery realities.
  • Collaborative Leadership: A team builder rather than a lone hero. Brings people together across disciplines. Creates alignment between strategy, creative, production and operations. Builds trust quickly with internal and external stakeholders. Willing to roll up sleeves when needed.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understands how production creates business value, not just outputs. Understands margins, resourcing and scalability. Can build business cases and justify investments. Makes decisions through a commercial lens.
  • Ownership & Resilience: Comfortable operating in uncertainty and taking accountability. Can run multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously without losing quality. Doesn't wait for perfect information. Takes ownership of outcomes. Handles senior stakeholder pressure calmly. Maintains momentum through setbacks.
