These aren’t small, siloed campaigns either. You’ll be shaping large-scale, high-impact activity across both B2C and B2B audiences, focused on awareness and consideration—right at the point where brands build momentum and influence real decisions. If you’re looking for scale, visibility and the chance to do genuinely interesting work, this is it.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a senior partner to Meta stakeholders, helping them navigate an evolving media landscape
  • Using data and testing frameworks to prove the impact of social and unlock new opportunities
  • Driving innovation and experimentation across platforms, tech and formats
  • Collaborating with wider media teams to keep social fully integrated into broader plans
  • Building and developing a high-performing, motivated team

  • Confidence managing complex clients and large-scale campaigns
  • A balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence
  • A collaborative, people‑first leadership style
