Publicis One is a bespoke Publicis Power of One solution designed specifically for the LEGO Group business. A custom-built team created with one purpose in mind – to be the LEGO Group partner in unlocking transformative growth in the evolving play landscape. We’ll build upon the LEGO legacy as a kids’ playmate, evolving to become a leading playmaker in entertainment. Our values and passion for the business will closely align to LEGO Group of Play, People, Planet and Partner. We are a team of master builders who all share a passion for the LEGO brand & love fun! Our London-based Global, EMEA & UK team comprises c. 60 people, who are dedicated to LEGO’s business, and will collaborate with other Publicis teams across 55 markets globally. Our ambition is to take LEGO into the next era of play and entertainment through excellent use of data, creativity and smart scaled media to story tell to consumers.

The Global Enablement Team is a new team that consolidates all client leadership, network management and other account management functions across the Publicis One team. The objective of the team is to produce more standardized governance and accountability from an end to end perspective (from Strategy to Digital Activation and Planning, Measurement, from Global to Local) where it was previously more siloed.

Responsibilities

  • The role will work closest with the Managing Partner, Head of Strategy, Head of Digital and Regional Leadership (amongst others) to ensure end to end accountability of our product and that key global initiatives are stewarded effectively into the hands to market.
  • Being the voice of the markets global forums.
  • From LEGO client side, you will work closest with the Global Media Activation Team (responsible for all market delivery) primarily the Global Head of Media Planning and VP of Media.
  • You will also work with the Global Brand Strategy team (Yr2 onwards) and OLA (LEGO Inhouse Brand and Creative Agency) to support agency work in upstream strategy and campaign playbook delivery.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in marketing, advertising, operations, or program management experience.
  • Experience driving alignment and adoption of process with local markets, working to global deadlines and providing progress reports to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand business pain points from C-Level stakeholders – and develop a strategy to address the issues through application of improved operational process, people and/ or technology.
  • Clear accountability to evolve the business to become a more operationally functional team, ready for the future.
  • Experience developing C-level stakeholder presentations and presenting your thoughts and ideas.
  • Proactive, brave voice who will suggest new ideas and challenge the status quo, but can also help carry out the smart ideas of others.
