As a Global Digital Account Manager, you'll play a central role in delivering best-in-class media solutions across multiple international markets, working alongside talented specialists and global stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of key global media workstreams, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and market teams.
  • Build strong relationships with international stakeholders, providing guidance, resolving challenges, and ensuring projects progress smoothly.
  • Coordinate and lead regular status meetings, bringing together updates, actions and recommendations from multiple teams.
  • Develop engaging presentations, templates and communications that clearly articulate media strategies, plans and performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of global media frameworks and best practice guidance.
  • Collaborate with local market teams to drive alignment, knowledge sharing and successful execution of global media strategies.
  • Oversee reporting processes, analysing media data and market insights to identify trends, support decision-making and ensure accurate financial reconciliation.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a media agency environment, with a strong foundation in media planning and/or digital media planning.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence presenting ideas and building relationships.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Experience working with multiple markets, teams or stakeholder groups in a coordinated environment.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to work comfortably with reporting, presentations and data analysis.
