We are hiring a Global Digital Account Manager to join a collaborative and ambitious team supporting a well-known global financial services client. This is an exciting opportunity to lead multi-market digital campaigns that reach audiences across international markets while working alongside experts in strategy, activation, operations and finance. You'll play a key role in turning business objectives into impactful digital experiences, helping to drive measurable results while continuously improving how campaigns are delivered. Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across multiple European and international markets.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, agency teams and market partners, acting as a reliable point of contact throughout campaign delivery.
  • Coordinate planning, activation, reporting, operations and finance teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly and to a consistently high standard.
  • Manage project timelines, governance processes and stakeholder communications, ensuring priorities remain aligned and on track.
  • Support budget management, forecasting, invoicing and financial processes to help maintain commercial excellence across the account.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, campaign effectiveness and scalable ways of working across markets.
  • Coach and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and encouraging a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign planning and campaign delivery across the wider digital ecosystem.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, budgets and deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities and solve challenges while maintaining focus on delivery.
  • Commercial awareness and experience supporting financial processes within a client-facing environment.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Curiosity, collaboration and a growth mindset, with a genuine interest in learning, innovation and continuous improvement.
