- Oversee high‑quality delivery across multiple regions, ensuring work is insight‑led, strategically aligned, and delivered with operational rigour.
- Partner closely with finance leadership to manage revenue, forecasting, and sustainable margin performance.
- Identify and convert growth opportunities within existing client relationships, expanding scope and long‑term value.
- Lead, coach, and develop multi‑disciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Skills we’re looking for:

- Proven leadership of complex, multi‑market client relationships at a senior level.
- Strong understanding of omni‑channel commerce, including retail media, shopper marketing, and brand integration.
- Commercial and financial acumen, with experience owning revenue, forecasts, and profitability.
- Strategic thinking paired with the ability to turn complexity into clear, actionable plans.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder‑management and presentation skills.
- A collaborative leadership style, with a genuine interest in developing people and building strong teams.
