We are hiring a Feed Specialist Manager to help shape how products from a leading global luxury brand group are discovered across search, social, AI and emerging commerce channels. Working within Zenith, you’ll combine hands-on product-feed expertise with thoughtful testing, clear reporting and close collaboration across brands, markets and specialist teams. This is an opportunity to improve product visibility at scale while helping luxury brands make smarter use of data and technology. The role is based in White City, London, reporting to the Feed Specialist Director.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise product feeds through Productsup across a portfolio of luxury brands and international markets.
- Monitor feed performance, resolve errors and improve eligible product coverage across key commerce platforms.
- Build and maintain feed rules, transformations, labels and exports, supported by thorough quality assurance and documentation.
- Turn feed-health and performance data into clear reporting, practical recommendations and measurable improvements.
- Deliver structured tests across product titles, descriptions, categories, imagery and other priority attributes.
- Coordinate requirements across local markets, Paid Search, SEO, Social, ecommerce and external technology partners.
- Support AI-ready product data and explore relevant opportunities across new discovery and commerce environments.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing and optimising product feeds in an agency, in-house team or feed-technology business.
- Experience using Productsup or a comparable feed-management platform.
- Working knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product-data requirements across shopping and paid-search channels.
- An understanding of common feed formats and delivery methods, such as XML, CSV, JSON, APIs and scheduled transfers.
- A structured approach to quality assurance, troubleshooting, documentation and identifying the causes of recurring issues.
- The ability to explain technical information clearly and collaborate with colleagues from media, SEO, ecommerce, analytics and technology.
- Curiosity about AI-powered commerce, evolving product-data standards and new opportunities to improve how products are discovered.
