Overview

We are hiring a Creative Partner to help shape how brands earn attention through culture, content and partnerships. This is a senior creative leadership role sitting at the intersection of strategy, creativity and media, where ideas are built to travel across platforms, publishers and communities. You’ll play a defining role in how Publicis Media Content brings creative thinking upstream—earlier, bolder and more meaningfully—into brand and business conversations. What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead integrated creative strategies that turn brand ambition, audience insight and cultural signals into compelling content platforms
  • Shape and steward ideas end‑to‑end, from early territories and narratives through to presentation and activation
  • Partner closely with media owners, platforms, publishers and creators to unlock innovative, partnership‑led ideas
  • Elevate media partnerships into long‑term brand‑building platforms rather than one‑off activations
  • Act as a senior creative voice in client conversations, articulating vision with clarity and confidence
  • Collaborate across strategy, partnerships, influencer, creative and production teams to deliver ideas that are ambitious and achievable
  • Inspire teams and clients to think differently about the role of content, culture and platforms in driving sustained impact

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Senior‑level experience in content strategy, creative leadership or partnership‑led creativity
  • Strong storytelling and narrative skills, with the ability to connect insight to big, platform‑ready ideas
  • Cultural curiosity and fluency across media, creators, entertainment, social and emerging formats
  • Experience working with media owners or platforms, and shaping ideas that travel across ecosystems
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams
  • A collaborative mindset, balancing creative ambition with commercial thinking
