Our Analytics team transforms our unique data to impact business. Whether it's driving insights from innovative tools or building the queries yourself, you can show your capabilities to shape big business decisions with big data analytics. As an Account Analytics Analyst, you'll be responsible for the analytics work across a variety of Epsilon clients and products serviced by the Epsilon Digital Media Solutions division. You'll help support the data‐driven strategy to grow both client and Epsilon business by evaluating client campaigns for effectiveness, mining extensive online and offline data sets to develop insights on media and consumer behavior and drive measurable business outcomes.

You'll also closely collaborate with several internal teams from Sales, Account Management, Client Integration, Media Delivery to Product with the goal of developing and supporting the client's data‐driven digital media strategy. This is a hybrid role based in our London office (4 days per week).

Responsibilities

What You'll Achieve:

  • Responsible for account management of analytics work across a variety of Epsilon clients and products.
  • Work to provide actionable insight to Epsilon marketers in the optimization and analytics of campaign success.
  • Hands‐on data manipulation and custom analysis using SQL to drive client insights and strategy.
  • Train and coach Account Management and Sales teams on the proper interpretation and communication of analysis findings.
  • Make a measurable impact on clients' business by managing multiple accounts.
  • Be encouraged to express your own ideas, with opportunities to use your know‐how and expertise in finding creative solutions to problems with relative freedom.
Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Studies preferred to be in an analytical discipline (social sciences, applied mathematics, statistics, economics, and advertising measurement).
  • Agency or client‐facing experience.
  • Experience with customer transactional or loyalty data.
  • Knowledge of online advertising delivery systems and online advertising methods, including remarketing and behavioural targeting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office products.
  • SQL or other coding language.
  • Tableau or other Business Intelligence/Data Visualization platform.
