We are hiring an Influencer Manager to help shape culturally relevant, creatively strong influencer work for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. This role sits at the heart of our social and creator offering, owning campaigns from idea to execution and bringing creative ambition to life through creators. You’ll work closely with creatives, strategists and senior influencer leads to deliver work that feels native, authentic and impactful. Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end delivery of influencer campaigns, from brief to live, ensuring high standards throughout.
  • Identify and recommend creators who align with campaign goals, balancing reach, relevance and creative fit.
  • Build trusted relationships with creators and agents, supporting smooth collaboration and clear communication.
  • Lead influencer outreach, availability checks, briefing materials and day‑to‑day coordination.
  • Track performance and engagement, working with analytics partners to capture learnings and improve future work.
  • Manage contracts, paperwork and documentation with accuracy and care.
  • Oversee budgets, POs and invoice tracking to keep campaigns running smoothly and transparently.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering influencer or social campaigns, with ownership across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Clear, confident communication with creators, agents and internal teams.
  • Good creative judgement and an understanding of what works on social platforms.
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working across creative, social and strategy teams.
  • Interest in performance metrics and using insights to inform better outcomes.
  • Curiosity about culture, creators and emerging platform trends, with a willingness to keep learning.
